About the Role

The Strategic Finance team at Criteo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join their ranks as a Strategic Finance Director. This is a unique opportunity to partner with senior leadership and drive transformational business plans across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with EMEA Executive Managing Director in a regional CFO capacity to drive strategic planning and financial decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the EMEA Senior Leadership Team to set the strategic direction for the business and ensure alignment with company-wide missions.
  • Develop and implement transformational business plans to drive growth, activate new markets, and M&A.
  • Oversee strategic planning, including investments and annual operating budgets, to optimize financial resource utilization.
  • Establish annual financial goals and monitor performance against these objectives.
  • Leverage commercial experience and knowledge to identify areas of strategic interest and develop approaches to tackle them.
  • Operationalize key initiatives and ensure linkage to central functions in the execution of country initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to perform strategic analysis and research.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience working closely with senior leadership.
  • Ambitious, entrepreneurial, pragmatic, highly analytical, and clear communicator with a global mindset.
  • Successful track record operating, partnering with, and influencing exec-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead high-performing, cross-functional teams without authority but with positive, energetic leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of the adtech industry or in any advertising/marketing related business is a plus.
