About the Role

The Strategic Finance team at Criteo is seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Strategic Finance Director - EMEA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for helping us make more effective decisions and drive long-term company value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the EMEA Executive Managing Director in a regional CFO capacity to drive business growth and transformation.
  • Work closely with the EMEA Senior Leadership Team to set the strategic direction for the business and ensure alignment with company-wide missions.
  • Develop and implement transformational business plans across the portfolio, including growth, activating new markets, and M&A.
  • Oversee strategic planning, including investments and annual operating budgets, to ensure optimal utilization of financial resources.
  • Establish annual financial goals and monitor performance against these objectives.
  • Leverage your commercial experience and knowledge to identify areas of strategic interest and frame approaches to tackle them.
  • Operationalize key initiatives and ensure linkage to central functions in execution of country initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to discover, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to perform strategic analysis and research.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience working closely with senior leadership.
  • Ambitious, entrepreneurial, pragmatic, highly analytical, clear communicator, comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Successful track record operating, partnering with, and influencing exec-level stakeholders.
  • Excel at solving unstructured problems.
  • Able to lead high-performing, cross-functional teams without authority but with positive, energetic leadership.
  • Have a Global mindset while thinking EMEA.
