As an ERP Support Specialist, you will take on a challenging and exciting role within the group and support both the management level and the individual business units from Flowable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Support - Provide expert support to the business teams in resolving issues related to our ERP system, Workday, in areas such as finance, HR, recruitment, and more.
  • Operational Support - Create and manage Workday reports, manage monthly reporting processes, and develop training materials to enhance the use of our ERP system by internal employees.
  • New Features - Collaborate with the Workday Senior Application Owners to develop new features and enhance existing functionalities in our ERP system.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field with a strong understanding of finance.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a role requiring analytical and logical thinking.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels and across locations.
  • Experience with ERP software systems such as Workday, SAP, Salesforce, Hubspot, etc. is a plus.
  • Fluent English language skills.
