Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hrbp Junior to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our business leaders and contributing to the design of organizations to suit business challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  1. HR Solutions: Partner with business leaders to propose efficient HR solutions that meet business challenges and ensure the application of Group HR policies.
  2. Organization Design: Contribute to the design of organizations to suit business challenges, including skills, resources, and processes.
  3. People Management: Manage the People aspect of the SPS, including Talent, Performance & Competency Management, Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion.
  4. Change Management: Lead the implementation of change management processes and coordinate with site leaders to ensure resources and business needs are aligned.
  5. HR Processes: Coordinate and guarantee that HR processes and programs are correctly carried out around company values.
  6. People Development: Contribute to people development, including key talents and individual cases in line with regulations and values.
  7. Learning and Development: Drive Learning and Development initiatives at site level.
  8. Labour Relations: Manage labour relations and legal aspects for the entity.
  9. Occupational Health: Contribute to occupational health.
  10. HR Information Systems: Be responsible for the data accuracy and integrity for the site HR Information Systems.
Requirements
  1. 1-3 years of experience as a HR Generalist.
  2. Bachelor or master's degree.
  3. Self-starter with experience in dynamic and matrix environments.
  4. Ability to partner with line and unit managers.
  5. Customer orientation, ability to lead and influence change, and drive organizational effectiveness.
  6. Native Spanish and excellent level of English.
