Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal Specialist to join our team at Empresa Reconocida. As a key member of our legal support initiative, you will be responsible for leading and managing the work of paralegals and other support staff on complex legal projects.

About the Role:

">

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of three years of litigation paralegal experience, including trial experience. You must have proven supervisory experience and excellent communication skills to interact with clients and attorneys. A sound working knowledge of federal and state court systems, legal research procedures, and legal research resources is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Direct and supervise the work of paralegals and other support staff">
  • Monitor progress and report on results">
  • Evaluate and troubleshoot issues">
  • Design and develop systems for tracking and managing case files, exhibits, and materials">
  • Assist trial staff in coordination with expert witnesses and consultants">
  • Coordinate with data processing support staff to accomplish work">

Requirements:

  • At least three years of litigation paralegal experience">
  • Proven supervisory experience and excellent communication skills">
  • A sound working knowledge of federal and state court systems">
  • Literacy in automated litigation support tools such as Relativity">
  • Required Paralegal certificate">

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
