About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Digital Customer Experience Intern. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our DVA, DSA, and DDSA Global Heads in the following areas:

  • Help run, build, and improve our current reporting tools, dashboards, and processes;
  • Monitor KPIs / MBOs and help build the right content for Quarterly Business Reviews;
  • Support on internal events, communications, and team calls;
  • Ad-hoc reporting and creation of recommendations/presentations/summaries for leadership team and key stakeholders.

As a Digital Customer Experience Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on meaningful, innovative projects and be part of a multi-cultural team of solution, industry, and business process experts. Requirements

We are looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, is open to feedback, and stays curious. You should have a strong knowledge of MS-Office suite, especially advanced skills in MS Excel, and medium to advanced knowledge of PowerBI. You should also have an interest in software and technology, be fluent in English, and have a track record of strong academic and personal achievements.
