About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a SAP Global Digital Customer Experience Intern. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of the Digital Operating Model across SAP, focusing on activities that document, communicate, and advance Digital Practice worldwide.
  • Conduct research to identify key information and trends in support of decision making.
  • Schedule, develop, track, and gain approval for customer reference stories and best practices.
  • Support with document preparation and executive communication for content geared towards senior leadership and extended value advisory team.
  • Support collection and synthesis of inputs from diverse stakeholder groups to create holistic, executive-level deliverables.
  • Assist with enablement programs aimed at educating various stakeholders.
  • Perform various ad hoc and administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a focus on finance, management, strategy, consulting, or a combination of these.
  • Previous internship experience required, preferably in a large organization.
  • Experience in cross-functional teams and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills.
  • Ability to develop storylines and build high-quality PowerPoint presentations.
  • Keen eye for detail in content creation.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills (in person and virtual).
  • Problem-solver with tenacity to get the job done.
  • Appetite to learn and positive attitude.
  • Passion for technology (SAP knowledge not required).
  • Full fluency in English.
  • Travel not expected.
  • GPA 3.3+
