About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Director to join our team at Brown-Forman. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and directing the financial activities of Mexico, including the local finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct the financial activities of Mexico, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Provide financial guidance and advice to the Country General Manager and other stakeholders.
  • Manage and develop the Mexico finance team, including providing coaching and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Partner with regional and corporate teams to oversee the whole range of accounting, tax, treasury, and financial issues related to Mexico.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field and 7-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Bilingual: Spanish-English is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial results and develop recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of internal and external contacts.
  • Ability to manage and complete diverse activities within an established time frame.
  • High level of integrity and trust.
