About the PositionThis strategic critical role reports directly to the VP of Finance and involves leading the Global Tax function through a dedicated team. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation of the Group's tax policies, procedures, and controls. You will collaborate with local finance managers, global finance teams, legal departments, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective global tax management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive tax strategy aligned with the company's objectives.
- Collaborate with external advisors to ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage third-party providers.
- Lead transfer pricing studies and support M&A transactions.
- Manage and monitor corporate structure, including holdings and subsidiaries.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- 8-10 years of experience in Tax Departments, Strategic Consulting, or Big Four.
- Knowledge and expertise in European and Latam tax planning.
- Experience in leading transfer pricing studies.
We offer a competitive salary based on experience, ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications.
