Job DescriptionInfrastructure Manager - SystemsWe are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead our systems infrastructure team. As a key member of our technical leadership, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust and scalable systems architecture that supports our SaaS products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 7 skilled technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Design, implement, and maintain a robust and scalable systems architecture that supports our SaaS products.
- Oversee the integration of new technologies and ensure they align with the company's strategic goals.
- Manage the lifecycle of hardware and software, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning.
- Ensure the security and compliance of all systems, implementing best practices and staying up to date with industry standards.
- Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing systems infrastructure for SaaS products, with a strong track record of success.
- Experience in managing datacenters and supporting a diverse IT environment, including Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Linux, and Mac OS devices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a technical team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
