Job Title: Elementary Education Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Elementary Education Specialist to join our team at Aquinas American School / Atlas American School of Málaga / TBSON. As an Elementary Education Specialist, you will be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters the academic, social, and emotional growth of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of our students.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help students achieve their full potential.
  • Establish a positive and respectful classroom environment that promotes active learning, creativity, and critical thinking.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive school community.
  • Stay up-to-date with curriculum developments and best practices in elementary education to continuously improve teaching methods and student outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a related field.
  • 2 years of teaching experience in an elementary school setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English is essential for this role.
