Sd Worx is seeking a Pricing Strategy Specialist to join its Sales Excellence Team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate and efficient implementation of pricing strategies across all sales channels. This includes building winning proposals, maintaining pricing data integrity, and collaborating with the sales team and pre-sales & strategic pricing team.
The selected candidate will mainly support the Benelux and Southern Europe sales Teams. Key responsibilities include:
- Pricing Execution: Implement pricing changes and promotions in the company's pricing systems accurately and on schedule.
- Collaboration and Support: Provide proactive support and guidance to the sales team to help drive new deals as well as up-sell opportunities (tactical pricing).
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance pricing processes and system functionalities.
- Data Management and Analysis: Generate and distribute regular internal pricing performance reports.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a deal desk, finance, contracts, sales operations, or revenue role. A thorough understanding of the sales process and the ability to navigate and progress long, complex sales cycles is also required.
