Overview of the Role:
Celonis SE is a global leader in execution management and process mining technology. As Chief Commercial Counsel, EMEA, you will play a key role in driving business growth and success within the region.
Job Description:
You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, analyzing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts. This includes cloud and on-premise subscriptions, license agreements, and professional services agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing contractual documents
- Analyzing potential risks and developing mitigation strategies
- Liaising with senior stakeholders across Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and Compliance
- Providing training to sales and other cross-functional teams
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong legal knowledge and expertise in commercial law
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to lead a regional team of legal professionals
- Strong partnership skills, with experience working with C-Suite and Executive Management
Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this position is £120,000 - £150,000, depending on location and experience.
