About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in the recruitment field in a multicultural context. As a Recruitment Consultant Intern, you will work closely with your Manager to succeed within a fun and dynamic start-up environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze client needs and develop a profile and search plan to respond to them
  • Sourcing and hunting candidates using the company's network and developing new sourcing channels
  • Advertising open vacancies and qualifying candidates through interviews
  • Developing your own candidates' network and following up with candidates
  • Being involved in the candidates' career management and leading ad-hoc projects

Requirements

  • Native level of Danish
