About the Role

Clarios, Llc is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Lawyer to join our team in Burgos, Spain.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and knowledgeable lawyer with 3 years of transactional experience, preferably in the automotive/manufacturing industry or in a reputable law firm or corporate legal department of a multi-national corporation. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in commercial transactions and Spanish labor/employment law.

The successful candidate will provide legal advice and support to various departments, including sales, procurement, human resources, finance, and marketing. They will also manage specific customer relationships as Business Partner identified by the GC EMEA, review, draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, advise on and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and provide practical, business-savvy counseling to the businesses in all areas of commercial transactions.
