Job Title: Head of Kitchen Batch - Gran Meliá Villa Le Blanc

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Kitchen Batch to join our team at Gran Meliá Villa Le Blanc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the food service operations, ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the preparation and presentation of food in the assigned kitchen
  • Ensure the quality, efficiency, and cleanliness of the kitchen and its staff
  • Develop and implement menus and recipes to meet the hotel's culinary standards
  • Collaborate with the hotel's management team to achieve operational, economic, and quality objectives

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Head Chef in Haute Cuisine Restaurants or 5* hotels
  • Training in Cooking, Hospitality, or similar
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
