Compensation Expert

Welcome to this recruitment process with Vueling, a leading low-cost airline in Europe. We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analyst to join our team.

As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for implementing, analyzing, and proposing improvements to our compensation and benefits processes. Your primary goal will be to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness within the company.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, and payroll management, preferably within the Human Resources department. Strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and proficiency in SuccessFactors are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities include:

• Implementing, analyzing, and improving compensation and benefits processes
• Conducting job evaluations to establish individual conditions for each role
• Drafting organizational charts and defining various entities
• Developing and updating job descriptions for each position
• Preparing and deploying all communication materials related to compensation and benefits

Main relationships include HRBP's, internal customers, IT department, and external providers. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economy, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred. Experience working cross-functionally with various departments is also necessary.
