HR Support Specialist

Job Summary
">This role is responsible for providing specialized support to various HR processes, including policy implementation, payroll administration, and benefits management.
">Main Responsibilities

- Assist in the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties, supporting managers in implementing HR policies and processes.">
- Manage compensation and benefits administration, including payroll, benefits, and flexible retribution.">
- Process payroll, preparing and submitting monthly variables and incidences, and liaising with external providers for tax declarations and social security contributions.">
- Maintain personnel records and documents, including onboarding information, new hire guides, and employment documents.">
- Oversee hiring/termination/position change requests, onboarding/offboarding processing, and employee life cycle support.">
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, ensuring timely administration of payroll and benefits processes.">
- Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports, including headcount, attrition, performance evaluations, and more.">
- Manage HRIS tools, including timesheets, employee portals, SuccessFactors, LMS, travel tools, expense report tools, and benefits platforms.">
- Lead occupational risk prevention efforts.">
- Support compliance processes and internal/external audits.">

- 3-5 years of experience in a multinational matrix organization as an HR Generalist (essential).">
- BA in Human Resources, Law, or Business Administration, with a master's degree in Human Resources (required).">
- Proficiency in English (C1) and Spanish (spoken and written), with German being a plus.">
- Working knowledge of MS Office, databases, employee HRIS (Success Factors, Workday, etc.), and Learning Management Systems (LMS).">
- Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS.">
- Ability to travel abroad.">
