We are seeking an experienced Strategic Creative Director to join our Marketing team in Barcelona (hybrid). Key Responsibilities- Support the Head of Global Brand & Creative (ECD) to fully realize industry-shaping creative that will live in long-form film, digital, editorial, and social content.
- Position our brands to be distinct and meaningful in the minds of customers.
- Develop omnichannel creative strategy and execution.
- Partner across the company to develop a deep understanding of our brands' needs to leverage insights that solve strategic problems.
- 8 years of senior creative brand strategy experience in agency or in-house creative studios; experience with global cultural impact brands.
- Highly experienced in all aspects of branded content storytelling rather than pure advertising.
- Ability to creative direct all work, ensuring best-in-class work is delivered on time and within budget.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to create and deliver presentations that articulate ideas compellingly.
- Proven record of working successfully with cross-functional groups in fast-paced environments.
- Fluent in the latest trends and innovations across major social platforms.
- Have a strategic and creative approach to problem-solving.
- Have an inquisitive and proactive mindset that seeks out opportunities.
