About the Role

Recruit4Work S.L. is seeking a highly skilled International Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for our clients based in Europe.

Your primary objective will be to build strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process. You will work closely with our Candidate Coordinators to establish recruiting requirements and meet with hiring managers to identify needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for determining applicant requirements, attracting applicants through various channels, and determining applicant suitability through interviews. You will also arrange interviews, coordinate feedback, and prepare update reports for hiring managers.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong communication and people skills. If you have a proven track record of success in recruitment and are passionate about helping our clients find the best talent, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish recruiting requirements and meet with hiring managers to identify needs
  • Determine applicant requirements and attract applicants through various channels
  • Determine applicant suitability through interviews and arrange interviews with hiring managers
  • Coordinate interview feedback and prepare update reports for hiring managers
  • Develop and implement HR branding strategies to attract top talent
  • Participate in talent management processes and identify development needs for internal talent
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a recruiter in an international company
  • Strong expertise in direct search and recruiting via social media
  • English language proficiency (2nd language is a plus)
  • Business acumen and eye for detail
  • At least 20 hours per week available
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Experience in data management and ATS systems (Teamtailor)
  • Experience in creating and implementing employer branding strategies
