About Ab-Biotics

Ab-Biotics is a leading company in the Life Sciences industry, dedicated to providing high-quality products and services to our customers. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Specialist.

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of the Quality Management System to ensure compliance with current certifications.
  • Ensure the application and continuous improvement of the company's quality assurance system, guaranteeing compliance with quality standards.
  • Review and approve technical documentation, specifications, and certificates of analysis.
  • Support the recording and monitoring of deviations, change control, claims, corrective, and preventive actions.
  • Prepare related documentation and research, as well as follow up on their implementation.
  • Support during internal and external audits.
  • Support the evaluation, follow-up, and homologation of suppliers and materials.
  • Support customer satisfaction management.

Requirements

  • University education in Pharmacy.
  • Desirable Quality training.
  • Language knowledge (English & Spanish).
  • At least 1 year of experience in QC / QA / Laboratory or production areas in Life Sciences / Food / Biotechnological or Analytical laboratory companies.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
  • Communication and reporting capabilities.
  • Methodical, organized, and meticulous practices.
  • Proactive & decisive.
