Job Description:

The Offer Opportunity: Become a key player in a company with a solid track record of performance and join a market leader in Other Services. This role offers a breadth of learning opportunities, where you will ensure proper resource allocation and cost management across the designated accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical skills mentoring within the team.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure that the workforce management approach meets and exceeds expectations.
• Provide functional leadership to Resource Planners, Schedulers and Real Time Analysts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for designated accounts.
• Streamline processes in collaboration with colleagues and other functional teams.
• Ensure proper resource allocation and cost management across the designated accounts.

Targeted Qualifications:
• Fluency in English Language, C1/C2 level.
• Knowledge of the country's labour laws.
• Leadership skills to resolve complex problems and identify innovative solutions.
• Min 5 years of progressive experience in Workforce Management.
• Extensive experience with WFM processes and best practices.
• Knowledge of resource/ budget creations and execution.

• Communicative, Speak and/or write well and get your ideas across to others easily.
• Confident, Pleasant, Energetic, Helpful, Trustworthy Efficient, Perform tasks in the fastest and simplest ways that they can be done.
• Organized and punctual, put things in order so that they run smoothly and are always on time.
• Flexible, Can carry different responsibilities, sometimes with very little advanced notice.

• Precise, Make sure that things are done accurately, correctly, and exactly.
• Willingness to acquire new knowledge.
• Service Customers, be friendly patient, and polite with customers and try your best to service their needs/wants.
