Job Title: Director of IT Operations

Location: Barcelona

The Director of IT Operations will oversee and manage the company's IT landscape across all manufacturing sites and Global Distribution network. This leadership role involves ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of IT systems to support business goals and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day IT operations, including network infrastructure, servers, databases, and enterprise applications.
  • Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of IT systems across all manufacturing sites and global applications supporting manufacturing, engineering, and supply business processes.
  • Translate demand for manufacturing, engineering, and supply processes into application and infrastructure roadmap.
  • Develop and implement IT operational policies, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in IT management, with at least 10 years in a senior role overseeing supply chain and factory IT systems.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP, MES, WMS, OT Integration, and other relevant IT systems. Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles. Strong knowledge of IT enterprise applications supporting manufacturing and engineering processes.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience in collaborating closely with business leadership team.
  • Proven track record to support digital transformation of supply and manufacturing processes.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Project Management: Experience with project management methodologies and tools, as well as project portfolio and programs management.
