Job Title: Director of IT Operations

Galderma is a leading dermatology company with a presence in over 90 countries. As a Director of IT Operations, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's IT strategy and ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day IT operations, including network infrastructure, servers, databases, and enterprise applications.
  • Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of IT systems across all manufacturing sites and global applications supporting manufacturing, engineering, and supply business processes.
  • Develop and implement IT operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Lead initiatives to optimize and modernize IT application landscape.
  • Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Ensure IT operations comply with industry regulations and standards, including data security and privacy requirements.
  • Oversee relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effective IT solutions.
  • Develop and manage the IT operations budget, ensuring cost efficiency and resource optimization.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a senior role overseeing supply chain and factory IT systems.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP, MES, WMS, and other relevant IT systems. Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Project Management: Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
