The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user research methodologies, a passion for uncovering insights, and the ability to communicate findings to cross-functional teams.

Your key responsibilities include analyzing and refining product/project stakeholders' UX related requests and needs. You will set up research objectives with PMs and help define project approach and user experience strategy. Additionally, you will define the UX research scope and applicable methods, involve the project/product team by organizing UX Research kick-off and follow-up meetings, identify target users, lead recruitment processes, conduct informative UX research, generate personas and experience charts, and facilitate ideation design sessions with project/product teams.

We offer a competitive salary of $125,000 per year, based on industry standards and your experience level. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and a generous paid time off policy.

Job Description

About the Role:

  • Analyze and refine product/project stakeholders' UX related requests and needs
  • Set up research objectives with PMs and help define project approach and user experience strategy

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in psychology, human-computer interaction, anthropology, or related field
  • Proven experience as a UX researcher, User Researcher, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing research skills and process
  • Deep understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, with experience planning and conducting various research activities
  • Proficiency in research tools and platforms, such as UserTesting, UsabilityHub, and survey software
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate research findings into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present research findings to cross-functional teams
