About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Engineered Solutions Innovation team at Westinghouse Electric Company LLC. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing innovation and engineering plant projects within Global Operating Services (GOS). Your primary focus will be on project delivery, coordination with cross-functional organizations, and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project plans, including scope, schedule, and cost baselines.
  • Manage project teams, including acquiring team members as needed and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate project communications, including monthly status reporting and bi-monthly Project Health Reviews.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for improvement, lessons, and risk avoidance for future work.
  • Utilize interpersonal skills to cultivate positive relationships with team members, customers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a project manager leading low to medium complexity projects to successful completion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including effective verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to carry out multiple tasks with minimal guidance and lead teams to success.
  • Understanding of financials, including sales, margin, and OE.
  • Strong planning and organization skills, including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
