Job Title: Housekeeper - The Barcelona Edition

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at The Barcelona Edition. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and comfort for our guests. Responsibilities:

  • Replace linens, towels, and amenities in guest rooms
  • Make beds and fold linens
  • Remove trash, dirty linens, and used amenities from guest rooms
  • Meet and greet guests, respond to their requests, and provide exceptional customer service
  • Organize and maintain the cleanliness of public areas, including hallways, stairways, and elevators
  • Restock amenities and supplies in guest rooms and public areas
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
