Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bellman to join our team at The Barcelona EDITION. As a Bellman, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests, setting the tone for a memorable stay
  • Assist guests with luggage, ensuring it is delivered to their room or stored securely
  • Offer assistance with directions, transportation, and other guest requests
  • Work collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all interactions with guests and colleagues

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Physical stamina to lift and move luggage, as well as stand for long periods
  • Fluency in Spanish, with a strong understanding of the local culture and customs
