About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Acento. As a Business Analyst for Cards and Assisted Channels, you will be responsible for designing and adapting front-end processes and tools related to the cards domain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
  • Validate specifications with key areas, including Front Office, IT, and Business
  • Define test cases and conduct software testing (UAT)
  • Design, deploy, maintain, and evolve cards-related solutions
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert for the Assisted Channels Cards domain
  • Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement
  • Make strategic or tactical recommendations using analysis
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field
  • High level of English and Spanish proficiency
  • More than 5 years of experience in related tasks
  • Cards software implementation experience and/or Retail banking operational experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze technical drawbacks
  • Ability to coordinate multiple change requests and increase process efficiency
