Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in the Cards domain. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for translating business needs into functional and technical specifications, validating with key areas, and defining test cases and software testing.

You will be the Subject Matter Expert for the Assisted Channels Cards domain, with full knowledge of the products, processes, channel challenges, and competitor's knowledge. You will identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement and find solutions using analysis to make strategic or tactical recommendations.

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's/Master's Degree related to Computer Engineering or similar, with a high level of English and Spanish, and more than 5 years of experience in related tasks. You will have experience in Cards software implementation and/or Retail banking operational experience preferably within Banking cards and Point of Sale solutions.

You will have a well-rounded skill set with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a get-the-job-done type of attitude. You will be able to coordinate multiple change requests across the allocated domain (Cards) and analyze and identify technical drawbacks and increase process efficiency by re-thinking.
