Sales Strategy Lead

CoRegistros S.L. is a leading company in the industry, seeking a highly skilled Sales Strategy Lead to join our team. As an Account Executive Call Center, you will be responsible for creating and implementing the company's sales strategy to ensure sales targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Crafting Sales Plans: Develop comprehensive sales plans tailored to each client's needs, driving business growth and expansion.
- Sales Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to achieve sales objectives.
- Client Portfolio Management: Assume full commercial responsibility for all clients in the portfolio, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
- New Market Development: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities abroad, expanding the company's global presence.
- Professional Social Media Management: Utilize social media platforms to search for new business opportunities, increasing brand visibility and reach.
- Deliverables Creation: Develop and present deliverables (final presentation, solution specification, and value proposition) targeted at addressing identified customer needs.
- Customer Satisfaction: Deliver satisfied accounts that can be leveraged in future sales engagements, fostering strong relationships with clients.
Minimum Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to identify, lead, and close deals efficiently.
- Proficiency in software skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Analytics, and CRMs.
- Proven record of effective account management, customer service, and business management excellence.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to persuade others through well-known professional practices in the online industry.
- Strong level of proficiency in English & Spanish, with additional languages being necessary.
- Good understanding of online marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, database marketing, or social media.
- Familiarity with Call Center's or Database Business clients in Spain, Europe, and Latin American countries is a plus.
