The responsibility of this team is to leverage Adobe's capabilities for efficiency, scalability, and hyper-personalization. Your primary objectives as a Digital Communications Strategist include:

• Developing functional capabilities to enhance the comms E2E platform with Adobe and drive a more efficient and scalable experience.
• Designing a hyper-personalization strategy to accelerate customer development results and improve customer experience.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment across the engagement funnel (Customer Comms Strategy Area, Marketing, Everyday Engagement & Assisted Channels).
• Serving as an expert in campaign management tools: Adobe, working closely with technical teams to provide business requirements and functional support.
• Analyzing data on customer journeys, selecting the most suitable communication channels, and measuring the effectiveness of communications to identify areas for improvement.
• Supervising the communication process, evaluating its value added to clients, and proposing solutions in a continuous feedback cycle.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Experience implementing Adobe Journey Optimizer and knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform, specifically Adobe Journey Optimizer and RTCDP.
• A focus on delivery through collaboration and the ability to work with internal clients and stakeholders to analyze the impact of each communication/use case proposed and measure their value.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex environments and generate simple, scalable solutions.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Advanced English language proficiency and a willingness to contribute to an international environment.
• The ability to take on challenges and collaborate with stakeholders to meet their needs.
• Familiarity with Agile Way of Working and its delivery framework.

We offer a competitive salary range of approximately $90,000-$120,000 annually, depending on location and experience. Our model prioritizes flexibility and accountability, allowing you to balance your personal life while delivering exceptional results.
