Key Responsibilities- Medical Checks and Risk Assessments: Perform thorough medical checks to identify potential occupational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with Spanish law and regulations regarding occupational health and safety, and provide guidance to employees and management on best practices.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of medical professionals to provide support and guidance on health and safety matters.
- Communication and Collaboration: Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration on health and safety issues.
- Reporting and Analysis: Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance health and safety outcomes.
- Education and Experience: University degree in Medicine with specialization in Occupational Medicine, and at least two years of experience in a similar role.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
