The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join OCL Regeneration part of Aggregate Industries. In this role, you will have the chance to work on high-impact projects, including long-term frameworks and multi-million-pound highways projects.

You will play a key role in the financial management of these projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will get hands-on experience in cost management and estimation, and will be responsible for putting together detailed cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensuring projects meet the highest quality, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Preparing detailed cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Managing costs of maintenance and repair work.
  • Preparing profit and loss statements.
  • Managing subcontractors and ensuring their payments are processed smoothly and on time.
