Job Title: Field Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Engineer to join our team at Ic Resources. As a Field Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the power electronics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and product development.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of sales experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in power electronics.
  • Strong technical background in electronics or electrical engineering.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • High level of drive and business acumen, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
