Field Sales Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Engineer to join our team at Ic Resources. As a Field Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the power electronics industry.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional with a technical background to join a rapidly growing company. You will be working closely with our sales and field applications team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Provide technical support and training to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve processes

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of sales or business development experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Technical background in power electronics is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

We offer a competitive base salary, commission, and RSU package. This role is remote-based in Spain, with the possibility of travel up to 40% of the time.
