Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to support their needs in Walr's technology products
  • Effectively communicate project outcomes to senior leadership, identifying clear goals
  • Develop and manage online questionnaires based on client-provided material, including survey scripting, quotas, translations, and reporting
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to deliver projects that meet client needs, on time, and within quality standards
  • Provide consultative services, suggesting improvements to survey design, flow, and tackling challenges
  • Deliver high-quality work, thoroughly tested and checked
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Collaborate as a strong team member and assist others when needed
  • Train and mentor junior team members, assisting the manager in work delegation, mentoring, and team management
Desired Experience:
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience using the Decipher/Forsta Surveys programming platform or similar
  • Exceptional scripting and programming skills, with expertise in complex logic, least fill, conjoint, and multiple markets
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, working to strict timelines
  • Good technical skills, including Web Development skills (JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML)
  • Very good English language communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Open to working on new Survey Platforms and sharing experience with the team

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to commit to occasional extended work hours when required
  • Attention to detail and dedication to precision and quality in coding and documentation

  • Team player attitude, with high emotional intelligence and ability to compromise, motivate others, and accept feedback
  • Problem solver by nature, with ability to identify and anticipate issues and adapt to solutions
  • Strong communication skills, with business-level English comprehension and ability to communicate clearly with any teammate or stakeholder
  • Education to Degree level in Computer Science or a related field
