Aritex Cading S.A.U. is seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to lead the development and implementation of our projects on-site, ensuring timely, quality, and cost-effective delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
- Coordinate and manage on-site resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and deviations.
- Collaborate with the Engineering Department to optimize project solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and company policies.
- Higher Education degree in a relevant field (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation).
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Manager in industrial assembly and production line projects.
- Desirable experience in the automotive or aerospace sectors.
- Valuable: Prevention of Labor Risks training.
- Availability to work on-site during project duration.
- Experience in team coordination and leadership.
- Desirable: B2 level English proficiency.
- Valuable: MS Project and CATIA knowledge.
- Valuable: International availability.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Results-driven and customer-focused attitude.
