We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Architect to join our team at Arηs. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative IT solutions that meet the business needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and influence business requirements to ensure solutions meet economic and functional needs
  • Streamline business processes and procedures to improve efficiency and consistency
  • Verify feasibility of new business processes and systems
  • Ensure technical solutions comply with standards and best practices
  • Provide leadership for the development and implementation of long-term IT solutions
  • Analyze market environment and provide recommendations for IT strategy
  • Account for own and others' actions to ensure integration and compliance
  • Detect signs of change and provide supervision and analysis of IT technological developments
  • Establish relationships with relevant communities and stakeholders
  • Apply independent thinking and technology awareness to lead the integration of disparate concepts
  • Account for own and others' actions in the integration process and maintain system functionality and reliability

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of full-time professional experience in senior solution architect roles
  • Expertise in microservices, Java Spring Boot, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Enterprise Event Bus, Cloud, and Hexagonal and DDD
