About the HR Generalist Role

We're seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team at SiteMinder. As a key member of our HR function, you will provide support across the full HR lifecycle, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that drives employee engagement and productivity.

You will collaborate closely with managers and employees to implement HR strategies that align with our organisational goals and Ways of Working. Your expertise will be invaluable in ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, as well as staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Key responsibilities include providing guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures, managing employee benefits programmes, and assisting with payroll reporting and HRMS platform management.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee benefits programmes, including health insurance.
  • Assist with payroll reporting and HRMS platform management.
  • Respond to HR tickets raised via SM Assist.
  • Act as main contact for office-related concerns and liaise with the office provider.
  • Ensure workplace health and safety standards are met and protocols are in place.

What You Have:

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • Work experience as a HR Advisor, HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation.
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (HRMS).
  • Experience creating and maintaining great employee experiences across the employee lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of health and safety an advantage.
