About the Role:

Ali Awad Law, P.C. is a rapidly growing personal injury law firm in downtown Atlanta seeking a Full-Time VA Staff Lawyer (Contractor) to assist in our Intake department.

Responsibilities:

  • Review emails and chats constantly for new leads, file setups, audits, or other requested needs.
  • Organize contracts, termination letters, photos, and other documents on Dropbox.
  • Answer all inbound calls, clients, and leads with great customer service skills.
  • Set up Filevine projects for new clients or the tools requested.
  • Register all comments, observations, and updates in Leaddocket.
  • Review and look for new contracts to be registered into Filevine.
  • Follow up on leads assigned, ensure a great quality interaction, and clean up old Leads in Lead-docket.
  • Answer new potential clients, do the probing questions, and follow the process to complete the sign-in or escalate the call to an Intake Specialist.
  • Complete the intake process of a new client to be transferred to the Pre-Litigation department.
  • Send submission emails to the Pre-Litigation department for new clients to start the case (notification).
  • Complete clinic referrals, taking into consideration the client's location.
  • Complete and share the EOD report every day at the end of the shift.
  • Complete assigned training on Trainual.
  • Assist the intake department on a task-by-task basis.

Requirements:

  • Experience in negotiation, sales, law field, PI, or similar.
  • Advanced English.
  • Flexibility to work on rotational shifts including weekends (around 2 per month).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Calendar, and use of tools to work, organize, and follow up on assigned tasks.
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and high result/detail orientation.
  • Ability to collect data and learn quickly (fast learner).
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently, complying with the processes.

Job Types:

Full-time, Contract

Pay: $880, $1,027,040.00 per month
