Job Description

As an HR Talent Development Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for managerial and specialist positions, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

You will develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates, build and maintain a talent pipeline, conduct reference checks and background screenings, and collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

-Organization of internal training programs in cooperation with training companies
-Analysis of Training Needs, Planning and Coordination of the courses.
-Coordination of the programme of internship in cooperation with schools and Universities.

Additionally, you will manage various HR projects, such as employee engagement and wellbeing, develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor and report on project progress, identify and address any issues or risks, and conduct post-project evaluations.

Requirements

For this role, we require a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment and HR project management is also essential.

Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws is required, as well as desirable experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR information systems (HRIS).

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is approximately €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience, education, and qualifications.
