Senior Data Privacy Compliance Specialist

Ebury, a leading FinTech firm, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Privacy Analyst to join its team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and developing the Global Data Privacy framework across the Group.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive data privacy impact assessments to evaluate compliance with applicable data protection laws and implement privacy by design principles.
- Provide support in preparing responses to data subject requests, including Data Subject Access Requests.
- Maintain the Record of Processing Activities (RoPA) register across the Group.
- Assist in creating data privacy training materials and developing data privacy controls.
- Contribute to improving the Global Data Privacy framework and related policies, procedures, and notices.
- Research international data protection requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in law, economics, business administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data privacy compliance roles, preferably in regulated environments.
- Relevant privacy certifications, such as CIPP/E or CIPM, are desirable.
- Working knowledge of OneTrust Privacy Management platform is desirable.
- Fluency in English is a must, with another European major language highly preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of EU and UK GDPR is a strong requirement, with knowledge of other global data protection laws desirable.
