Senior Data Privacy Specialist

Ebury is a leading FinTech firm that prioritizes data privacy and compliance. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Privacy Analyst to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain our Global Data Privacy framework to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct comprehensive data privacy impact assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
- Provide support in responding to data subject requests and maintaining the Record of Processing Activities (RoPA) register.
- Assist in creating data privacy training materials and developing implementation plans for data privacy controls.
- Contribute to the improvement of our Global Data Privacy framework and related policies, procedures, and notices.
- Bachelor's degree in law, economics, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in data privacy compliance roles, preferably in regulated environments.
- Relevant privacy certifications, such as CIPP/E or CIPM, are desirable.
- Working knowledge of OneTrust Privacy Management platform is a plus.
- Fluency in English is a must, and proficiency in another European language is highly preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of EU and UK GDPR is essential, and knowledge of other global data protection laws is desirable.
