About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Consultant to join our team at Sollers. As a key member of our consulting or implementation team, you will work on IT projects for financial institutions, primarily insurance companies.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading complex business analysis and defining functional requirements
  • Designing solutions and mentoring less experienced team members
  • Acting as a team leader, facilitating workshops and driving communication as needed
  • Working closely with software developers and IT architects on a daily basis
  • Supporting B2B sales activities

About the Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance, in an international environment
  • Understanding of how insurance companies or banks work, being familiar with their key processes and business models
  • Experience in the functional design of IT solutions and running IT implementations
  • Ability to ensure quality of the deliverables of your team by applying analytical thinking and synthesis skills
  • Experience in team management and taking responsibility for team results
  • Ability to work in Spain and the European Union on a full-time basis
  • At least a bachelor's degree
  • Great command of English and Spanish language, being fully confident collaborating with English native speakers

  • Experience working in implementation-related or strategic consulting, especially in the fields of insurance or bancassurance
  • Ability to build lasting and positive relationships with the client and members of the managed team
  • Good knowledge of German or French
