We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Medical Writer to join our team at Syneos Health. As a key member of our medical writing team, you will be responsible for developing high-quality clinical documents, including protocols, reports, and submissions, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of clinical research and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with medical writers, data managers, and biostatisticians to develop and review clinical documents
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including ICH-E3 guidelines and company SOPs
Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of medical writing best practices and industry trends
Participate in internal review teams to provide feedback on draft and final documents
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as English, Communications, or Social Sciences
Extensive knowledge of English grammar and FDA and ICH regulations and guidelines
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
