About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analytics Programme Manager to join our team in Engineeringuk. As a key member of our Capacity Strategy and Insight team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and optimizing our last-mile delivery capabilities across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Optimization Efforts: Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve our tools, reporting, and insight, enabling us to scale effectively over the next 3-5 years.
  • Design and Implement Data Automation Processes: Create scalable data automation processes to enhance our capacity management forecasting and streamline internal processes.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Foster teamwork and partnership with matrixed teams to achieve business objectives and ensure efficient operations.
  • Handle Large Volumes of Data: Analyze data to optimize last-mile delivery operations, create reports, and derive actionable insights to drive decision-making processes.
  • Utilize Analytical Skills: Apply business judgment, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to innovate on behalf of our customers and drive business growth.
About the Team

Our team is responsible for growing Amazon's last-mile delivery capability across Europe. We use data to understand customer needs and make sure we're ready to handle demand. We're a host of teams working closely together to deliver a slick experience for our customers.

What We're Looking For
  • Relevant Experience: A degree and relevant experience leading large-scale programmes/projects, preferably in SQL.
  • Desirable Qualifications: Advanced or master's degree, experience in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Prince2 certifications, or any other project management certification.
