About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analytics Programme Manager to join our Capacity Strategy and Insight team within the AMZL EU Launch and Expansion team. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Optimization and Automation Efforts: Develop and implement data-driven solutions to enhance scalability and improve last-mile delivery operations.
  • Design and Implement Data Automation Processes: Create and improve reports, analyse data, and derive actionable insights to drive decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Foster teamwork and partnership to achieve business objectives and ensure efficient operations.
  • Handle Large Volumes of Data: Utilize analytical skills, business judgment, and strategic thinking to innovate on behalf of customers.
About the Team

Our team is responsible for growing Amazon's last mile delivery capability across Europe. We use data to understand what's going to be needed and make sure we're ready to handle the demand. It's a host of teams working closely together to deliver a slick experience for our customers.

What You'll Need
  • Advanced or Master's Degree: In a relevant field such as business, data science, or operations management.
  • Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Prince2 Certifications: A plus, but not required.
  • Relevant Experience: Working in a supply chain, logistics, or operations environment.
