About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Mixology Expert to join our team. As a Mixology Expert, you will be responsible for creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to unwind and enjoy themselves. Your role will involve preparing and serving beverage orders according to recipes and service standards, being knowledgeable about bar products and cocktail recipes, and having a thorough understanding of all beverage items. You will also be required to prepare garnishes for each cocktail accordingly, strictly adhere to opening and closing procedures established for the outlet, and monitor operating supplies to reduce spoilage and wastage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere for guests
  • Prepare and serve beverage orders according to recipes and service standards
  • Be knowledgeable about bar products and cocktail recipes
  • Prepare garnishes for each cocktail accordingly
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be fluent in Spanish and English, and have a proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to multitask, work well under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail. Additionally, you will need to be passionate about creating great hospitality experiences and be willing to learn quickly and adapt to our unique culture.
