Job Summary:
As a skilled Mixology Expert at SLS Barcelona Hotel, you will be responsible for creating a unique and enjoyable experience for our guests. Your expertise in beverage preparation and service will be essential in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable stay for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve beverage orders according to recipes and service standards.
• Be fully knowledgeable about all bar products and cocktail recipes.
• Make whatever the mood calls for, from soft drinks to masterful cocktails that change with the seasons.
• Have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all beverage items and prepare garnishes for each cocktail accordingly.
• Strictly adhere to opening and closing procedures established for the outlet and check beverage stock.
• Monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage.
• Know your product & systems inside out.
• Prepare mise-en-place and perform side duties.
• Work with the rest of the team in keeping things running smoothly and tidily, for both table and bar service.

Requirements:
• +2 years of experience in hospitality within beverage.
• Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
